American Academy of Nursing Joins Amicus Brief for Moe v. Yost

The Academy joined an amicus brief along with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and other health care organizations in the case Moe v. Yost, challenging Ohio's House Bill 68 which prohibits gender-affirming care for patients under 18.
