Sign-On Letter with Nursing Community Coalition on HR 1 Implementation

The Academy joined 55 members of the Nursing Community Coalition (NCC) in a letter to the U.S. Department of Education urging them to consider the needs of our current and future nurses when implementing H.R.1, the One Big Beautiful Bill. In particular, the NCC requests that the Department classify post-baccalaureate nursing programs under “professional” degree programs.
