The Academy joined an amicus brief with the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOG) and other health care organizations for the case AAP v. Kennedy. This case challenges the directive of HHS Secretary Kennedy to remove healthy children and pregnant women from the CDC recommended immunization schedules for the COVID-19 vaccine.
